Talent Acquisition Team Lead

ArctX is seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven candidate, experience-focused
Talent Acquisition Team Lead in our Talent Acquisition Team.

You’ll lead the Talent Acquisition team, and provide guidance and mentorship to further the development of our TA team’s capabilities.
You will work closely with Management to help lead the development and execution of ArctX’s hiring strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. on the training results.

Job Responsibility
 
  • Lead, mentor and support TA team members, focusing on effective training, coaching,
    and development of technical skillset
  • Assess the capabilities and workload of the Talent Acquisition team to determine
    the best utilization of resources to meet the business needs
  • Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy to improve the recruitment
    and onboarding process
  • Ensure recruitment strategies and programs are designed to attract diverse candidates
    and are aligned with the company’s values
  • Work directly with managers to ensure the organization’s policies, procedures,
    and practices on recruitment and onboarding matters are followed
  • Anticipates and plans for recruitment needs in partnership with business management
  • Advise hiring managers on pay/salary and recommend recruiting strategies
    and tactics that support the company goals
  • Managе end-to-end recruitment for senior or hard to fill  and international roles
  • Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement

 

Required Qualifications

  • People management experience leading a team of full-cycle recruiters
  • At least 5 years experience in full-cycle recruitment 
  • Experience in International and technical recruitment
  • BA or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent Knowledge of English
  • Ability to inspire a team to execute recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate and interview process management, and onboarding 
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition metrics to drive performance of the Talent Acquisition team
  • A strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take the initiative mindset
  • Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and organizational skills
