Product Owner

At ArctX, we are hiring an experienced Product Owner who will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product. You will collaborate with teams across the Company to define the needs of the customer and ensure there are clear strategies to deliver on those capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and create a vision for product development
  • Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and clearly deliver them to the development teams
  • Oversee the development stages and support the sprint
  • Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
  • Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
  • Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Define and execute the go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing and sales have what they need to be successful
  • Work with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
  • Act as primary liaison and link between the stakeholders and teams
  • Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
  • Keep up with agile best practices and trends
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment

Required Qualifications

    • BA in computer science, information systems, or related field
    • 2 years experience in product development
    • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and principles
    • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
    • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
    • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
    • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
    • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
