Job Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to add definitions to project requirements
• Implement features and functionality with clean and maintainable code
• Assess the scope and build recommendations for Minimum Viable Product
• Design, extend and implement APIs
• Ensure appropriate metrics, monitoring, and logging are in place, in short responsible for taking requirements to deployment
• Analyze requirements, create and document component/system designs
• Perform functional testing and write automated unit tests
• Provide quality through code reviews, unit tests, analytics
• Create engineering efficiencies through automation and development of tools
• Define engineering processes for product launch and releases
• Collaborate with engineering and project managers to define project timelines

Required Qualifications

• • 4+ years of experience in Node development
  • Strong knowledge of building scalable and secure Node.js apps, functional programming, and SDLC
  • Be proficient in Express.js
  • Be proficient in GIT.io, create CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with working on Linux based servers
  • Experience in dealing with third-party APIs.
  • Nice to have an experience in developing serverless architecture
  • Working experience with multiple DB technologies – NoSQL, RDBMS, Graph, etc.
  • Be able to design a database schema for any given problem statement
  • To be good with Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Knowledge of React.js or Next.js will be a big plus
  • Hands-on experience in Typescript is a big plus
  • Experience with key-value databases such as Redis is preferable
  • Knowledge in deployment using Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and how containerized applications work is a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Good communication skills
