Mid-level Risk Management Specialist

ArctX Operations team is looking for a collaborative Risk Management Specialist with strong experience to join them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing threats to a company and making recommendations that will manage and mitigate the organization’s operational risks.

In this role, you will work with a rotating shift:

Morning shift 06:00-14:00

Day shift 14:00-22:00

Night shift 22:00-06:00

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed risk analysis of all aspects of user accounts to detect and deter fraud and money laundering activities or suspicious behavior
  • Review risk alerts related to an account activity
  • Review & analyze various external reports to assist with account registration and various AML processes related to enhanced due diligence
  • Assist in the detection of fraud trends using various tools and systems
  • Compile detailed & thorough investigations by collecting information from various systems and staff to detect patterns, trends, and unusual activity
  • Resolve complaints and issues in relation to risk or payment matters
  • Assist with customer identity verification and document authentication
  • Find, investigate & enforce our policies regarding in-game exploitation and hacking for our games and services
  • Identify trends and patterns. Summarize key findings and recommend anti-fraud and game integrity processes and system enhancements


Required Qualifications

  • Higher education in Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, or any related industry
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Basic knowledge about iGaming & Sports industry
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Back Office tools
  • Work experience with Jira will be a plus
  • Knowledge of KYC and AML will be a strong plus
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Korean will be a big plus
  • International certification (CRM, PRM, FRM, etc.) will be a big plus
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced organizational skills and an eye for details
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interpersonal & team working skills
  • Innovativeness and passion for continuous learning
